DECADES delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners.
- Delivery time: Orders are delivered within 5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after the order is confirmed.
- Delivery charges: A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to every order within Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email. Our team may also call or message you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and address. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
Deliveries may occasionally take longer due to sale periods, public holidays, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, the order will be returned to us and cancelled.
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged or opened, mention it to the rider and contact us right away.
International delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery time for international orders depends on the destination and will be shared with you after your order is confirmed. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

At the moment, DECADES does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or for a wrong size selected by the customer. Please check the product details and choose your size carefully before placing an order.
Wrong, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a wrong item, or an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at decadestores@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we have checked your request, we will arrange a replacement of the same item or, if it is not available, a refund.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing us at decadestores@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Where a refund is approved, it will be made by bank transfer to the account you provide, normally within 7 to 10 business days. The delivery charge is not refundable, except where the item was wrong, damaged or faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot confirm the order or delivery details, or if we suspect a fraudulent or unusual order. If this happens, we will inform you.
We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the courier when the parcel is delivered.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
Deliveries are handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
All content on this website, including the DECADES name, logo, designs, images and text, belongs to DECADES and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
To the extent allowed by law, DECADES is not responsible for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once they are posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
